Terms of Service

Welcome to CasperPrep. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. We aim to keep them short and readable.

1. The service

CasperPrep provides AI-generated CASPer-style practice scenarios and AI feedback on your responses. The AI feedback is for practice and self-reflection only — it is not a substitute for the actual CASPer assessment, and we make no guarantee that practising with us will improve your real CASPer score.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Don't share your account. Provide accurate information when signing up. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (e.g. attempting to bypass rate limits or share generated content commercially).

3. Subscriptions and refunds

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard — cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current billing period. Refunds are handled case-by-case; reach out via the contact page.

4. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to extract our prompts, scrape the API, generate scenarios for resale, or submit content that is illegal, abusive, or designed to manipulate the grader.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of CasperPrep.

6. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
